How it works
Call, text or email me. Tell me what you're signing, how many signers, and where. I'll confirm the total, including any travel fee, before we book.
I show up on time with everything I need. You bring a current government photo ID for each signer and the unsigned documents.
We check IDs, you sign, I notarize and record it in my journal. For loan signings, I return the package to your title company as agreed.
Pricing
You'll know the full total before I head your way. No surprises at the table.

Meet Christy
A signing is personal. You deserve a notary who treats it that way.
I've practiced real estate since 2013, and I'm licensed as a Florida real estate sales associate (SL3663732). That means I already know the lingo and how much an on-time closing matters.
I'm a dive master and an animal lover with two dogs and three cats. I'm mom to two adult children plus one bonus kiddo, and my loving partner is Travis. The underwater photo here is from one of my own dives. The name River and Reef reflects what draws me to Florida's Gulf Coast.

I'm based in Bradenton and travel to you across both counties, including the islands.
Somewhere else nearby? Call me and ask. If I can get there, I'll quote the travel fee up front.
FAQ
Florida caps the notary fee at $10 per notarial act. Because I come to you, there's also a travel fee. It's separate from the notary fee, and I'll agree on it with you before I head out.
A current government-issued photo ID for every signer, and your documents unsigned. Please don't sign ahead of time, I need to watch you sign. Every signer needs to be there.
I can notarize your document correctly so it's ready for the apostille step. The Florida Department of State issues the apostille, not me. Check their current instructions and fees before you send anything.
No. I'm not an attorney licensed to practice law in Florida, so I can't give legal advice or help you choose or fill out a legal document. For that, please talk with an attorney. Loan questions go to your lender or title company.
Yes. Florida notaries can solemnize marriages under s. 741.07. Get your Florida marriage license first, then call me with your date and place.
